THIS LISCENSE CERTIFICATE IS USED TO PROVIDE A SINGLE SOFTWARE LICENSE AND ITS ASSOCIATED PASSWORD KEY FOR THE IPSEC 250 USER FEATURE (REQUIRES SYSTEM RUNNING SSL VER. 5.0 OR HIGHER).

THEN IT TELLS YOU HOW TO GET THE PASSWORD KEY FROM THIS CERTIFICATE.

we received this on a warehouse buy and therefore it is sold as-is.  Warranty is between you and nortel.  Plus, it is only a piece of paper with the certificate number in a very nice folder..
