Flat-rate shipping price to all Continental 48 States of the Union.

The products are not available to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and unfortunately at this time, not to APOs, FPOs or Post Office Boxes.

The chairs are also available for local Las Vegas pick-up with a handling fee of $10.00. Please email Customer Service for details.

All goods will be shipped between 3 and 4 working days after the receipt of the payment. The Buyer will receive an email detailing all the tracking information thereafter.

Items that are fundamentally different to the 'description' can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Conditions:
1.Before any further action can be taken, the Seller must contact us to receive a 'return authorization number' (RMA) and approval. Any accepted return shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. The original cost of shipping will not be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the goods. All shipment of returned goods must be insured at the Buyers expense. The purchase price will not be returned until the the goods have arrived at the Sellers warehouse.

2. The Returned product must be in original condition and packaging. The goods must be returned within 7 days of item receipt.

3. All goods will be shipped with an invisible tag stamped on the item and the 'Unique Product ID Number', where available', has been recorded. Any return that does not incorporate that tag, or contains a different 'Unique Product ID Number', will be deemed to be a fraudulent substitution. The Buyer will not be entitled to a refund and the item will remain with the Seller for 60 days. In that period the Seller will return the item to the Buyer after 'return' shipping costs have been advanced to the Seller. If no action is taken by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to dispose of the item as it sees fit.

Any and all further warranties offered by the Supplier remain the responsibility and obligation of that Supplier.

All standard payments shall be made through Paypal,
which accepts all major credit cards.

All payments shall be paid directly into the Sellers PayPal account unless stated otherwise. It will be the responsibility of the Seller to ensure that PayPal is available in his/her territory.

Payment must be made within 72 hours after an invoice has been received or the auction result will be cancelled and 'negative' feedback will be left on the Buyers account.

By law, Sales Tax of 7.5% will be applied to all residents of Nevada. The tax applies to the Subtotal + Shipping.

- It is  required that prospective Bidders with a Positive Feedback rating of less than 75% and/or a Feedback Score of less than 5 contact us before placing a bid on one of our auctions  … or completing a "Buy-it-Now"purchase.

We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel any bid by a registered eBay user with: recent or excessive Negative Feedback; a positive feedback rating of less than 75%; a Feedback Score of less than 5; or Private Feedback.
