All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping.  Although rarely, in-transit damages do occur.  Please make a note of any obvious or suspected damage on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing for delivery and BEFORE the driver leaves.  If you discover concealed damages after the driver leaves, you have 3 days to report them to the delivering company.   PLEASE FULLY INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT.
 
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and a photo is required, no exceptions.  Shipping is non-refundable, buyer pays return shipping.  Pre-authorized returns only.  Refunds will be issued by check when your purchased item is received back in our warehouse in brand new, unused condition.
