If you know these tradenames, you know what this is:

Scientific Audio Electronics (SAE) and ESS Heil AMT

400 watts RMS of killer "sound as clear as light".

____________________________________________________________

I can just picture this system in the Louvre museum in Paris, France.  It would also sound spectacular at the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.  I believe Yanni played there once or twice.  Well, I'll tell you, Yanni would sound great on this system at The Great Theater in Ephesus, Turkey.  A log cabin in the Bluegrass mountains would be another perfect setting for this system.  Wow - the possibilities are endless.  Bookmark this auction to see this system's final destination.

P.S. Coming soon - sale of an etched full-length wall mirror (54 x 96 inches) of the New York City skyline the way it looked at the turn of the century - complete with the Brooklyn Bridge in the foreground for half a million dollars.  Stay tuned.

____________________________________________________________

This is not only an audiophile's delight but a collector's item.  SAE and ESS have passed out of existence.  But their legacy lives on in this once-in-a-lifetime merger of two superior technologies, creating a unique opportunity for the right buyer.  Our moving to a smaller condo means I have to sell.  This system simply needs more space than the condo offers to experience its true firepower.  We live far enough from our neighbors now to enjoy a concert without disturbing others.  The condo will not permit me that luxury.

____________________________________________________________

This system has a complete front 'wall of sound' with rear ambience delay effect.  One amp (SAE A501 - 250 watts RMS) pumps out firepower to my main "wall" of sound: one set of 80-lb ESS AMT 1-C speakers and another set of 80 lb ESS Rock3 Monitors.  Another amp (SAE 2600 - 400 watts RMS) pumps out delayed firepower to a set of 80 lb ESS AMT 1-C speakers directly behind and off to each side of my listening area.  Words cannot describe the supremely clean highs and lows this monster wall of sound produces.  There is not a weak link in this system.  Each speaker sits on four Dayton Audio Chrome Speaker Spikes.  No vibration gets transfered to the floor.  And carpeting cannot dull the sound of these speakers that now "float in air".  I've got monster cable out to each speaker, monster cable connecting all the amps and components, and Monster Cable Z1 connecting my main amp to the preamp.  Combined with the SAE rack-mounted amps, preamp, delay, equalizer, dual Numark MP302 professional MP3/CD rack-mounted player (photos soon), and the Monster Power HTS 5100 Home Theatre Reference Power Center to clean up the electricity out of the power outlet - it's a sound you have to experience to believe.

____________________________________________________________

This system is so powerful I've played two huge wedding receptions with this setup - and the effect was incredible.

____________________________________________________________

I have some of the original manuals.  One of the best manuals is the one for the SAE 2800 Parametric Equalizer that gives you hints on how to fine-tune the sound.  In the meantime, there is one 15-band equalizer and a dual 31-band equalizer to get you up and running quickly with great sound.  I also have documented the sweet settings on every part of this system where you can play all types of music - a kind of setup and go so you're enjoying great sound right away.  Of course, this system is really made for the audiophile who loves tweaking the sound.  You don't need a PHD to figure this stuff out but I will admit: the variations are endless.  It's a blast tuning to your listening environment.  I also have an extra bass speaker (excellent condition) that is a spare for the AMT 1-Cs.  I've posted pictures of all this stuff at the bottom of this ad.

____________________________________________________________

The refurbished SAE and ESS components range anywhere in age from 27-30 years old.  The greater portion of the $$$ I invested in this system were back in 1981.  The rest of the $$$ were more recent for refurbishing and/or adding extra components (like the Home Theatre Reference Power Center).  Since 1981, both SAE and ESS, which were lauded for being ages ahead of their time in producing these superior products, have gone out of business.  You can 'try and piecemeal' this system together little by little over time - IF you can find all the components, IF they all work flawlessly, and IF they are all in mint condition.  But you don't have to wait for pieces when you can have it all - right now.

____________________________________________________________

The fact is: THIS system is one-of-a-kind, antique, a collectible, in mint condition, AND the sound is exquisite.  This system is for anyone who wants to experience music at its very best.  But more importantly, this system is for the audiophile who has everything - EXCEPT the very best.

If you know these tradenames, you know what this is:

Scientific Audio Electronics (SAE) and ESS Heil AMT

400 watts RMS of killer "sound as clear as light".

____________________________________________________________

Sitting on top of each of the six speakers is the amazing 12 lb. 15 oz. bi-polar ESS Heil air-motion Transformer created by the late Dr. Heil.

According to the Owner's Manual: "The Heil driver incorporates a focus plate array that evenly envelops the diaphragm in magnetic field and produces an extremely airy, "open" sound for resonance-free midrange and superb high frequency response.  The Heil transformer's pleated configuration has the added advantage of spectacular dispersion by virtue of its small radiating source.  With a 120 degree horizontal pattern at 20,000 Hz, the Heil maintains a solid expanse of stereo imagery to frequencies beyond audibility.  A spacious sound stage can be enjoyed from virtually any point in the listening field.  Definitive clarity, freedom from resonance, and full-range sound dispersion - the inherent benefits of superior design."

Note what some speaker enthusiasts have had to say about these Heil Air-Motion Transformer speakers on audioreview.com:

"The dipolar ESSs still create an incredible sound stage, not just between the speakers, but beyond the edges. Further, it is a 3-D front-and-behind sound image. Instruments stay fixed in space unless the recording engineer moves them."

"Anyone who has ever heard the Heil driver in action has experienced some of the best that audio has to offer in the upper register. Used with the far superior digital electronics that is now available, the sound is as contemporary as anything on the market that I have heard."

"The Heil, still in production in tiny quantities, is still alone at the top of all mid-tweet designs after 30 years. If only someone like Paradigm were allowed to use it. Efficient. Brilliant. Clear. Plays very loud without strain. A Heil-equipped speaker is more sheer fun to own than any other, since it not only does dipole tricks but responds to gentle tinkering."

"As a dealer, I was anxious to order my first demo set of AMT 1D's and I never relinquished them. They have been my main speakers ever since. They are such an awesome speaker that I have yet to find their equal to this day without spending triple what these cost. The HEIL is still an unbelievable marvel of modern technology which has yet to be surpassed. The mid range and tweeter crossover is adjustable giving the listener the opportunity to tailor the mid and high frequencies to his or her liking right from the top of the tower. Not only is the sound still awesome but they look as good as ever with their pyramid design and oiled walnut veneer, they fit any decor. I'm not one for sameness anyway."

"It is the unique color of the highs that place these speakers in the homes of 'those in the know'."

"The Heil air-motion tweeter is a thing of beauty. The highs out of these speakers are crisp, articulate, detailed and nicely nuanced."

"Highs are crystal clear, power is awesome."

"I first heard these speakers in about 1978/79, when I was 19 and couldn't even afford the owner's manual. I drooled over them then, and I'm thrilled to be able to own a pair now because they still sound better than anything else I've heard since. The looks are controversial, especially with the grills removed, but I personally like their unique look."

"For the price, you can't get ANYTHING better. They even sound better than speakers twice their price. The only, and I mean only thing that is a negative is their size, and I've seen some potential 5 star ratings knocked down a few notches due to that. Personally, I would never give up such an astonishing piece of musical equipment because of size. If you want a listening experience that can't be rivaled, make the space."

"One last point. The Heils in the AMTs, like any other bi-polar design, need to breathe to sound best. These speakers like large rooms, and need to be placed away from rear and side walls to really open up. It still makes me smile to think back at how many friends or acquaintances who listened to these speakers for the first time, commented how "clear" they sound."

"Getting back to the ESS speakers though, if you've never heard Heil tweeters, ask your friends if they know any old guys like me that have them and go listen."

"In conclusion, if you can get some of these- BUY THEM!. No-one who's heard mine can believe they're 30 year old tech, and many regret some other recent speaker purchase."

"Everyone has, and is entitled to, their own opinion. My opinion is that there is not a better sounding speaker made, then or now. I have auditioned many, many speakers ranging in price from a few hundred dollars apiece to over $40,000 for an 'audiophile's' dream system. Many sound very good if not excellent. None have sounded better."

"I would advise anyone to listen to these speakers before buying ANYTHING else, regardless of cost."

Thanks for the unsolicited comments:

"Did you happen to notice the sophisticated interweaving of power cords/interconnects and the adjustment of the graphic EQ (set for maximum enjoyment of 60Hz hum and EMI hash)?  Even equipped with a Fisher CD player.  How apropos that it should come from, 'Painsville'."
Rodman99

Hi Rodman.  The Fisher CD player actually still sounds good.  I was a little slow on updating the photos with the newest dual CD/MP3 players I've been using with this system.  As for the graphic EQ, it's a parametric and can be adjusted over a broad range for all different types of music.  Experiment with the settings and you can get the best sound I've ever heard from an equalizer.  It's a lot of work to set though.  For that reason, I haven't used it in awhile - so the settings on the parametric are just random.  The setting at 60Hz is a perfect example of that.  There's no pain at this home in Painesville.  But, if you're ever feeling pain, stop in and see if this system eases it for you.  Ones who actually visit walk away impressed.  Thanks for looking. timesharesandtreasures

Great system, but you must be seriously misled if you think that it is worth anything like this price. I have mint SAE equipment and I love them, but in this economy your price would buy one helluva home in Florida or Las Vegas!!!!!!

Best wishes, Glenn

Seller's reply: I hear you Glenn. Millions of homes are available right now. But, there's only one system like this available for those millions of homes. It's one-of-a-kind. Thanks for your comments.

Mr Audio, I have been an SAE audiophile since high school in the mid-70s. This system is by FAR the most awesome collection of audio hardware I have seen. The sound quality must be fantastic. Would you consider trading this incredible system for a new wife?

Romantic Hunk

Seller's reply: I love my wife more than I love this system (and I really like this system a lot). So, the the only thing that will separate me from this system is cash - lots of cold, hard cash.

SIR- YOU PREVIOUSLY HAD SYSTEM LISTED FOR $15,000.  LISTING NOW STATES $129,900. HOPEFULLY AN ERROR??  IF NOT,THERE IS THE CHANCE SOME UTTERLY IGNORANT MILLIONAIRE WILL BUY, BUT I DOUBT IT.  THAT PRICE HAS PROVIDED TREMENDOUS LAUGHTER AMONG SERIOUS SAE AFFICIANADOES/COLLECTORS/KNOWLEDGEABLE BUYERS....LITTERALLY WORLD WIDE.  YOU ARE A TAD OVERPRICED.  AM NOT GIVING YOU A HARD TIME, YOU MIGHT SELL AT THAT PRICE.  EBAY NEVER CEASES TO SURPRISE.  ITS A HECK OF A SYSTEM, NO ARGUMENT.  JUST LETTING YOU KNOW THAT YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED THAT THE LISTING HAS SPREAD BEYOND EBAY.  AGAIN FELLA, BEST OF LUCK, SERIOUSLY.  I WILL ADMIT, COUPLE OF MY CONTACTS MESSAGED ME TODAY TO CHECK OUT LISTING, AGAIN.  THAT PRICE GAVE ME A LAUGH.  NO OFFENSE, BUT I NEEDED ONE, AS I WATCH MY 401K DISAPPEAR........
patrickk

VERY nice setup. Good luck with the sale. Someone will be very happy.
Lons

Unbelievable system. I have my original McIntosh system from 30+ years ago and have the AMT tower speakers as well. I would trade you plus some cash if I could but I don't think I could get close to what you probably need for this system but I think it's the most awesome thing I have ever seen! Good show...
Gary

NICE RIG! DONT MOVE! :-)
phase

Fantastic!!!!! It is a big dream!!!!! Congratulations for you and the new owner.
Best regards,
Carlos

That's quite a system you've got there. I got in to ESS speakers in the late 70's when I was in high school. I saved up for about 2 years to get my pair of LS-6's, but I remember drooling over the AMT 1-C and Monitor speakers in the local high-fi shop. I still have my LS-6's, now 30 years old.

I was in touch with ESS a few years back and was thinking about buying a pair of monitors. Wish I would have now...they moved to Germany in 2006.

I really don't have a need for the SAE equipment although it looks sweet. If you would consider selling all your ESS in one shot, let me know. I would come pick them up, no shipping. My dream is to set up a complete surround system with ESS.
shubb

You have a fine system. Having many of these (SAE) components myself, I know. I'm particularly interested in the 4100 time delay/ambience system and possibly the 502 amps. I have three already. 2 are bridged and driving a pair of Carver original Amazing Loud Speakers. The other is waiting for a pair of Bose 901's and that SAE 4100.
hogan

Dear serious audio collector.

I have also accumulated some great treasures that are impossible to obtain but I would reluctantly in a moment of weakness make you a trade.

You will financially greatly benefit by doing so please don't hesitate because i might change my mind.  I have a 1981 Chrysler K car 5 grand in 81 dollars no longer made but appreciating daily.
IBM original 286 PC with enormous floppy drive and a turbo push button with LED.  Well over 5 grand in 80 - ties dollars.  Also I might trow in a Advent video beam 750 model front analog front projection.  Huge tubes nobody makes them that large anymore for cost cutting reasons.  They were close to 10 grand then - who knows what they might be worth in today's dollars.

You could try to obtain these individually but it might take for ever since they would require obtaining a permit for landfill excavation.  This is a one chance offer.
Regards Paul.

Seller's reply: Paul, that was good. Thanks for the comments. Seriously, advertise them on eBay. If they're in great condition, you might be surprised how much you can get for them.

Sir.  There must be a pricing error.  This system is worth at the very most, one tenth of the listed buy it now price.  Regards
QC, Canada

Seller's reply: Thanks for your reply. How does one determine 'worth' of this complete system?  I guarantee you won't find the SAE 4100 component for sale anywhere.  No one has it for sale – it’s that scarce.  People are emailing me wanting me to sell the SAE 4100 component separately.  They want it bad.  Others want all my speakers.  Others want me to part out the amps because they are in such mint condition.  Another buyer wanted to purchase the 5 foot rack on wheels.  They need these parts and so they want to purchase the components separately.  But, I'm not selling this system in pieces and parts.  For pieces and parts, buyers will have to wait for auctions that are selling pieces and parts.  I've got a complete system for sale: mint, antique, collectible.  What's that worth?  To me, the system is worth $129,900 and maybe some billionaire will pay $129,900.  But, someone else may feel the system is not worth that much.  That's why I've also included a 'Make an Offer' button.  I’ve had 29 offers so far.  I’ve already turned down $5,000, $7,500, and $10,000.  So, if you feel the system is only worth one tenth of the BIN price, and you've got the funds to pay me and also pay for the additional shipping costs, offer me a tenth.  Maybe - just maybe - I'll accept.  You'll never know unless you try.
Regards, timesharesandtreasures

Why selling killer system? I remember seeing this equipment and dreaming of owning it but never had the money and still don't.
- rass

Seller's reply:  As time goes by, I'm starting to have second thoughts about selling it.  I've received offers of $5,000, $7,500, and $10,000.  Yet, I have trouble letting it go for those prices.  That's hardly enough money to justify selling such a great system.  The sound is incredible and so many people have said it's the best system they have ever heard (professional dance clubs included).  Thanks for your comments.

Hi,
I have an SAE system and a pair of ESS AMT 1D speakers.  I have been under pressure to unload them and replace them with some nice sleek Bose speakers that hang so nice in the corners. ARRRRGH!  She knows I will never fold.  You should just keep that system.  How can you ever replace it?  I have enjoyed the comments.  Good luck.
- pxmas

Hi,
You have an excellent set-up.  When i move here in Cork, Ireland i realized the amount of great equipment i used to have in the bay area.  Life is much simplier here now.  I just have a 2800 eq and i love it.  Someday i will have an a501.  I heard this in college and the memories are still with me to this day.   I think you should not sell your beloved SAE.  There are memories in each of the SAE you have.  That is priceless.
cheers
Lawrence

Seller's reply:  I'll sell for the right price - but I'm in no hurry to sell.  We're having a nice get-together over our house in a week.  Dance party.  It's like having a live band or attending a concert.  It's fantastic.  Thanks for your comments.

Hi TS&T
You've got the baddest system I've seen on e-bay in all the years I've been searching for SAE equipment.  Great show stopper.   Good luck on selling.
- redoak

i know what types of equipment i see and what ive dealt with over the yrs, but if thats correct on the price, i think some1 has a definate problem between the ears. u must have punched in the wrong numbers. its reading $129.000.00
- 804vs420

Seller's reply:  Hi.  Sorry, but you are mistaken on the price.  It's $129,900.00 - Thanks for looking.

Dear Sir
It's a fantastic system, yes. However you are too pround Sir. I have seen and listen in 2 systems exactly what you have ( even all the CABLES better than yours, I think )in down under Australia mate ( Sydney ). When I rang them (the owners) and was telling about your HI END system and the PRICE you have offer on Ebay and you know what they did ? THEY ALL LAUGH sir. One of them was telling me that if any one intersted he can sell for 60,000 AUD. He is serious !!. I understand the economy in U.S is very bad at the moment BUT ??? Please consider the PRICE Sir
I am sorry for saying that But don't make anyone laugh
Best regard
quoctha

Quoctha: You're a good man. Laughter is good for the health. I laugh all the time - and I'm still pretty healthy for my old age. I appreciate your comments and I'll take them into consideration. I beg to differ with you on one point, though. You mention: 'I have seen and listen in 2 systems exactly what you have'. Can you send me web page links to these 2 systems so I can compare photos to my system? I'm advertising my system as a one-of-a-kind collectible, a fantastic sound blend of old and new technology. I would really like to see photos of these 2 systems that you have seen and listened to that are exactly like mine. Thanks mate. Timesharesandtreasures

I am an old SAE and ESS Dealer. When I first saw your item I humorously placed a bid so low as to make anyone laugh. The real truth of this very humorous eBay offering is that you have somehow mistakenly elevated you equipment to God status. You can hardly get the chips to repair this equipment anymore. The AMT tweeter ribbons can't be replaced anymore either. The
overall performance has already be well surpassed by newer technology. Any one who knows anything about SAE, knows they can get 8 times the performance in Morris Kesler's ATI amps now anyway. And ESS can't hold a candle to many of the newer monitors nowadays. This humorous add will be a pleasant site to see gone. And face it, you will never sell at asking price unless it comes with a nuclear generator. I offer this to you simply as a reality check since I know the real value even inflated does not come close to your dream request. Good luck in dreamland.
illusionpro

Hi. Thanks for your comment. I hear what you're saying. But, you are just validating my sales points. 'You can hardly get the chips to repair' - but, they are still available. And there are at least 5 technicians who do repairs in the U.S. 'The AMT tweeter ribbons can't be replaced' - that simply is not true. You just have to know where to purchase them. As an old ESS and SAE dealer, you must know this system now falls into the category of collectible. And it works splendidly and sounds awesome. If you are near Cleveland, Ohio, be sure to stop over for a listen. It's a great combination of old and new technology. You may have heard and sold SAE and ESS in the past, but you have never heard THIS setup. I agree with you: if you want a system with a warranty - buy new. If you want a collectible that is in pristine condition, works perfectly, and sounds awesome - you've come to the right place. And, again, you are correct in stating 'Good luck in dreamland' - because I am enjoying dreamland. Listening to this gem of a system and owning it is what many others only can DREAM of being able to do. But, for the right bidder, this dream system can become a reality. Thanks for looking - and taking the time to comment. Regards, timesharesandtreasures

really a nice system, im sure you spent alot of cash aquiring everything pictured, i myself have a nice sae system consisted of 2 sae 502 amps (mono bridged) and 6 other 01 and 02 series componants i had the ess monitors also but they couldnt handle the power i was supplying so i dumped the ess speakers and fed the power into a pair of klipsch lascala's and O.M.G !unbeliveable ! you gotta hear the differance ! anyways back to your system would you consider the sum of 100,000 chuckie cheese tokens? you crazy, twisted fool!
4152005

Chuckie Cheese. I've been there a few times - but I can't remember what a token is worth. I'm kind of thinking that just might close this deal! Thanks for looking. timesharesandtreasures

Would you accept $86,000.00 to close early?
raiderjohn

To close early, late, tomorrow, next month, or next year - there's only one way to find out.  Make a bid, or two, or three.  Who knows - you might just win.  Regards, timesharesandtreasures

hello! i am italian, i live in Rome, Italy i wont to buy sae 2100L if possible, if you want i offer sae 3000 in change + $??
kind regard,
Massimo

Massimo: Thanks for asking, but I’m not selling pieces individually. Regards, timesharesandtreasures

Great marketing copy which should ultimately get you a solid price; hang in there! Recommend you find a good deal on an SAE A1001 (500 RMS, also w/ better specs) to make your collection irresistable. I have A1001, but won't sell - nothing puts out such peak power at such fast slew rate with such low distortion at such low ohms. Anyway, I've only seen one better stereo collection in worldwide travels and that was a globally renown (albeit in special community) showroom with their own SAE sales rep full time on weekends. Again, hang in there for best price; even in this economy there's money out there from rich kids and nouveau riche, which you may want to try targeting directly in other media and via custom installers. One last story you might appreciate; I saw an $80K system (noted in a big sign) in early '80s at a rather bohemian, but classical piano bar; all but speakers were floor-bolted floor in racks & sat behind chained off, plexiglass-walled corner area; u may want 2 start!
xyxhyv20

Thanks for your listing...please confirm what SAE gear is included in your auction. The model numbers and number of SAE items would be helpful.
Thanks in advance,
John

Hi John. I'll update the ad soon with photos of the rack-mounted NuMark MP302 MP3/CD player (brand new) that has replaced the SAE TWO Tuner T14 and the SAE TWO Cassette Deck C4. Those SAE units are included in the auction but not currently mounted in the rack. The other SAE equipment includes: SAE 4100 Time Delay, SAE 2100L Pre-Amp, SAE 2800 Parametric Equalizer, SAE 501 Amp, SAE 2600 Amp. The other equipment includes: Monster Power HTS 5100 Home Theatre Reference Power Center, ART 355 Dual 31 Bank EQ, Gemini Dual 15 Bank EQ, rack-mounted cooling fans between the amps, six 80 pound ESS Heil air-motion tranformer speakers with all the monster cabling between units, to the speakers, extra rack drawer, extra rack face plate, and drawer of extra monster connections, fuses, amp lights, rack fasteners, extra bass speaker, many original manuals, locking 3 inch rolling wheel platforms for each of the speakers for easy moving and positioning, the huge rack on wheels that is holding all the rack-mounted equipment etc. I'll be getting an extra photo of the rack-mounted Numark on eBay in the near future. Thanks for asking. If you live close enough to drive over for a listen, email me so we can set up a time. Also, if you can pick the entire system up, you will save big on shipping. First off, I must tell you that you have a great stereo. I have quite a few SAE components, and I enjoy them immensely. I have never listened to the ESS speakers, but I currently use a set of Ohm Walsh 5 Loudspeakers, powered by an A501 power amp. Such clean power....(evil laugh!). I hope that someone thinks that your stereo is worth as much as you do, but I would just thought that I would tell you that I am impressed, but I think that you should check out this website: http://www.jims-sae-site.com/index.htm

If you want to see alot of SAE equipment, this man pretty much has it all. I wouldn't mind having those Infinity Reference Standard speaks either! Good luck with your listing!

Jason, thanks. I've been to that website many times. That's where I found the repair guys for my SAE stuff. A good guy is the repair guy in Pennsylvania. I've got to get the updated photos with my rack-mounted Numark equipment. Great if you ever want to DJ. This system is an unbelievable combination of the old and the new. Anyone who knocks this system without having listened to it is missing out. In the meantime, I'm loving the sound and biding my time. The right buyer always comes along. Regards, timesharesandtreasures

Your system is worth no more than $10,000.00

Thanks for your reply. How does one determine 'worth' of this complete system? I guarantee you won't find the SAE 4100 component for sale anywhere. No one has it for sale ? it?s that scarce. People are emailing me wanting me to sell the SAE 4100 component separately. They want it bad. Others want me to sell all my speakers. Others want me to part out the amps because they are in such mint condition. Another buyer wants to purchase the 5 foot rack on wheels. They can?t find these items so they want to purchase the components separately. But, I'm not selling pieces and parts. For pieces and parts, these buyers will have to wait for auctions that are selling pieces and parts. I've got a complete, mint, antique (mixed with new technology), collectible for sale. What's that worth? To me, it's worth a lot more than $10,000. To you, that's all it's worth. That's why I'm glad I don't HAVE to sell this fabulous system. It'll fit just fine in the condo we're thinking of getting. So, if it NEVER sells, I'm more than happy to keep it. Thanks for looking. timesharesandtreasures

I have to admit, other then a complete Macintosh wall system I have never seen another system that made my mouth water, however and I hate to say this, all I really want are the ess amt-1's. I have been looking for a set of them for a long time, but good luck and sorry you have to give this wonderful system up. This is one of the wildest set-ups I have yet had the pleasure to see come onto ebay. Good Luck, Lonnie

Seller's reply:  Thanks, Lonnie.  I'll give it up to the right buyer for the right price.
