Your item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your payment. Orders are processed in the order we receive the payments. Therefore, the earlier you make your payment, the earlier your order will be processed and shipped.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. This process can take longer if you have ordered a large list of items. If you prefer your order to include expedited shipping, please email us BEFORE you make your payment to get an expedited shipping rate quote. Upon receiving the quote - please be sure to include in the Notes section of your Paypal payment that you have paid for expedited shipping.

Shipping Discounts for Different Items (Excluding Single Cards): Pay the highest shipping fee of your combined auctions. Then only pay half the shipping fee listed for each additional item.

Shipping Discounts for Single Cards: Pay the FLAT fee for the first item then only pay .25 for each additional auction.

1. Where is my package? Can you give me a tracking number?
ALL tracking or delivery confirmation numbers will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. Most of our packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. If this service was used to ship your package you can expect a Delivery Confirmation number instead of a tracking number - for DOMESTIC shipments ONLY! This delivery confirmation number may be tracked at www.USPS.com. It will show you whether or not your package has been delivered and to what address. All other domestic orders will be shipped by Fedex in which you will be emailed a tracking number. If you are international - you will receive an email stating your order has been shipped at the time of shipment.

2. Received wrong item? Missing quantity?
We do everything we can to ensure you are highly satisfied with your transaction. All orders will be double checked before they are shipped. However, in the event that you believe we have made an error please email us with your First and Last name, your Ebay user id along with a brief description of what the problem is.

3. Refund Policy?
All sales are Final. We offer no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you will be happy with your purchase before you finalize your transaction.
