NONPAYMENT
All non payers will be turned over to the Collection Agency as described at the bottom of our auctions. When you bid you are under a contract with us. Non payers cost all sellers time, and money, so make sure you are planning on paying before you confirm your bid. This will help us to keep saving you money on your item and your handling charges.
We ship every Monday morning. If you pay on Friday threw Monday, your items will be shipped Monday week. If you need your item fast , PLEASE contact us before bidding. You will receive an email from us the day before we ship, also PayPal will send you an email with the tracking number. Please wait until the 5th business day before contacting us about when your package will be shipped. If we are ever even a day late in shipping we always email my buyers to let them know. We believe in keeping you informed .
We suggest for you to pay for the insurance. This way we can help you if anything gets damaged threw the mail. If an item arrives damaged and you refused to pay for the insurance we will NOT be able to help you. Please on Pictures that has glass or any figurines and other breakable items please pay for the insurance, which is NOT INCLUDED in the shipping cost. This is left up to the winner to pay for it. We can not say this enough. Don't blame us if you don't pay for the insurance and you get a damaged item. We do not take returns, unless we made a mistake and send the wrong item to you , Then we will make it right and get your correct item to you, No problem at all. We stand by our word.
If you are bidding on more than one item, please do NOT pay until we send you an invoice. This is the only way we can save you money on shipping, but you have to wait for the invoice.
We never overcharge on shipping cost, if we make a mistake we always refund any overcharged shipping cost back to the buyer. Pictures with glass are heavy so if you have a problem with the shipping please don't bid. It is the post office you have a problem with not with us since we only charge what the post office charges us with a small handling fee.
We use Bags for the swags, and Bubble Wrap , Peanuts, Cardboard, Foam plus other items we need to make sure your item(s)arrive safely at that new home.
We check all items before they are packed to make sure you don't receive anything damaged.If we find something wrong with an email when we check it before packing, we will not ship it, instead you will receive an email letting you know what happens then we will refund your money.

I Expect All Winning Bids to be Honored
RESPONSIBILITY: Unless stated otherwise, full payment, including all shipping and insurance charges, is due via a payment method disclosed in this auction within 10 days of auction close. If not received, payment is considered delinquent 10 days after auction close.
COMMITMENT: I am committed to completing the transaction. I hold the winning bidder accountable for his/her winning bid. Placing a bid on this auction is a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Should the winning bidder become delinquent in settling the transaction, I reserve the right to pursue payment through the use of collection services.
COMPENSATION: Should the winning bidder default on completing the transaction, I reserve the alternative to assess and collect a restocking fee as compensation for fees and holding costs related to the incomplete transaction. The restocking fee will amount to $10 + 20 percent of the sale price.
If your item doesn't match your decor like you thought , You can return it back to us for a Store Credit. You have to email us within 3 days to explain what is wrong and when you will be shipping it back. Buyer will pay for shipping cost with insurance back to us in Mint condition like we shipped it to you. There will be a restocking fee. You will only receive your bid price, Shipping cost will not be refunded.
