Defective Product
If the product you received has a defect, contact immediatly and tell us so we can get you a product without a defect! Sometimes we only have 1 of the product you purchased and in that case we will refund you your money. Don't worry, we'll pay for the shipping costs to get the product back.

Damaged in Transit
The USPS does a good job in delivering packages safe and secure. However sometimes problems happen. If you did not purchase insurance with your package and it is damaged in transit we are not responsible for the replacment. We do ship our product safe and secure and take great pride in getting your package deliver on time and in one piece.

Something Missing
If something is missing in the box, please contact us ASAP. If it's something we forgot or overlooked we will send it out Priority Mail at our expence.
