Return Policy

• 3 day return policy for defective products (except when auction is sold as is). 
• All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, unused. Open boxes can be exchanged, ONLY.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location 
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges as we don't get this money, carrier does, we do not refund the shipping cost.
• We will be responsible for shipment of a new product back to the buyer for an exchange
• Refund will be processed within 10 business days through Paypal upon arrival of merchandise
• All unauthorized, no reason, etc. returns are subject to 15% restocking fee
• No partial refunds, if a refund is to be issued it must be for the entire sale and all items must be returned.
