We only ship to the address provided with your PayPal payment.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 4-5 business days of payment for your order.  Although we usually ship within 4 business days, occasionally an item may ship a little later in cases where inventory is in transition or if a restock of an item is delayed.  This rarely happens but we will notify you by email if we identify a delay in shipping your item.  When you provide us feedback at the completion of your transaction, please remember to give us a rating of 5 stars in shipping if we ship your item within 5 business days.  Please do not penalize us for the time it takes UPS, FedEx or USPS to deliver your item.

Your tracking number will be updated to your eBay account within 24hrs of shipping.  Once updated, you will receive an email notification that your tracking number is available in eBay.  Your item will ship via the shipping method specified in this listing.

*Free shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states only.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Saipan, PR and the US Virgin Islands is available but does require a shipping fee.  Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated for you through eBay.  Please email us for shipping fees to Guam, Saipan, PR and the US Virgin Islands prior to purchasing.

Since we offer some of the lowest prices on eBay, there are instances where an item inventory is depleted prior to receiving a restock of that item.  We do our best to forecast sales but it's not an exact science.  Please do not penalize us with negative feedback as this is a consequence of our efforts to offer you the best prices on eBay.   If this should occur with your order we will contact you prior to the target delivery date and give you the opportunity to wait for the item to restock or we will provide you with a full refund.  If you chose to wait for your item we will send you a 5% refund of your purchase price should your item ship after the target ship date and is delivered after the target delivery date.  The 5% offer is valid only if your item is shipped after the target ship date and was delivered after the target delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 60-day return policy on this item

You may return this item to us for any reason during the 60 days following the day the item is delivered to you and receive a full refund.  Just email us at returns@dalcongrp.com and our customer service department will contact you within 48hrs to provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.  The returned item must me in working order and without damage.  It is not necessary to return the item in the original package although the original packaging in preferred.

You will be responsible for all return costs.  All returns must be shipped with signature required upon delivery and insurance if the item is lost or damaged during shipping.

If you should receive the incorrect item or if the item is damaged during shipping or has missing parts, please email us at returns@dalcongrp.com and our customer service department will contact you within 48hrs to arrange for a replacement.  We will send you a return shipping label to collect the wrong or defective item.  Replacements are usually shipped within 7-10 business days.

We also offer a 90 day exchange policy
