Returns Information

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be happy with all aspects of your order with us. Please contact us via the eBay message system regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

We will replace or refund any returned items to us. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

Once an item sells on any marketplace the item is removed from all other marketplaces within minutes. On the odd occassion some items have been sold twice before all the marketplaces have been removed from sale. This happens very rarely but when it does happen the second order is cancelled and refunded within a 24 hour period and the customer is notified by email.
