NEW WITH TAGS: On items described as "new with tags", the tag on the garment can be the department store price tag, the manufacturer’s tag, or the extra button tags. Sometimes it may be all of those tags. But I will list an item as "new with tags" if it has any of the above one out of three.MEASURING: All garments are measured FLAT and doubled (except inseam, rise, and shoulder). Please keep in mind fabric content (stretch or no-stretch) and curve of your body for a proper fit. Stretchy items will be SHORTER when worn. PAYMENT: Payment is due within 7 days. After 7 days, the item is relisted and the buyer is reported to Ebay. No bidders with less than 10 feedback. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: Shipping and handling fees are provided in each listing. They are flat and non-negotiable. They include overhead costs such as supplies, gas and labor and the actual postage. They are calculated fairly based on current market trends. If you don't agree with the shipping fees, please do not bid. By bidding, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to pay listed shipping fees. SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:COMBINED SHIPPING: I will combine shipping for multiple purchases on my listings, as long as they are paid in the same Paypal transaction within 7 days of the first auction ending. If you are an international buyer and hoping to combine shipping for multiple items I am happy to do so. However, after seven (7) days of the end of the first auction item, you must pay for what you have purchased thus far. RETURN POLICY: Varies with each item - please read the auction item return policy before bidding. If an item is listed as returnable for merchandise credit or refund, buyer must notify seller within 2 days of receipt of the item. If the item was listed as "new with tags" the tags must still be attached when returned to seller. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is not refundable. Returned items must be mailed back within 7 days of initial receipt of the item, or it will be returned to the buyer. Damaged and worn items will be send back to the buyer. Fraudulent returns (empty boxes, items damaged on purpose, etc.) will be reported to eBay and Paypal.
