RETURNS
Contact
must be made within 3 days of receipt of item for returns. OUR first
priority is to ensure you are very pleased with your purchase! We will
be more than happy to refund your final bid price upon receiving the
unaltered merchandise back with a postmark of no more than 7 days of
your receipt of the item OR credit towards another item. Return shipping to be paid by buyer. We do not refund any shipping costs.
If there is an
error with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can
resolve this for you and take steps to be sure it does not happen
again. We will mail you a prepaid return label with a RMA number and
ship your new item as soon as we receive your item in most cases. We
will also ask you to fax a copy of the invoice that was shipped with
your item to track the employees making errors.
Our Feedback Policy.
Because
we have received so few feedbacks in relation to the amount of sales we
have, we have adopted a policy of letting the customer leave feedback
first. We had been doing it first up to the first 300 sales, but only
about 15% of our customers returned the favor. If you have not received
your item and it is past the estimated delivery date, please let us
know immediately before you leave feedback so we may track and/or help
make sure you receive your package. We value your patronage and want to
be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final once feedback is left.

number for 1 year in our computer and 7 years in our paper filing

will ship to a different address for you. To have you item shipped as a
gift to a different address you must pay by fax in a
credit card authorization form. Due to credit card fraud we only ship
to confirmed addresses if you are paying with Paypal.
