We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns on most items if returned within 30 days of receiving your order No returns can be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be returned to us in new, resalable condition containing all of the manufacturers' original packaging (in new condition), accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc.
All Items are subject to 15% restocking fee upon return. You must contact us for an authorized RA Number. All returns not in new condition with out manufactures original packaging, missing parts, full of dirt, ect will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Missing parts will be charged for in full.
Once a return has been sent to us and we inspect it to be unfit condition if the customer would like it back instead of receiving only a 50 % refund they must contact us and pay shipping once again.
We do not take returns on syringes, needle aids, BD safe clips, Clip n Stores, Any sharp Containers, or any other products that may or may not have been in contact with blood. Also there is no returns on products with a combination locks that has been set or altered.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for the same value or greater amount of another item we will by pass the 15% restocking fee. (If you do want an exchange and save the 15% restocking fee.You need to place new order with the same value or greater with out the shipping costs added. Send us a copy of the old order packing slip with a copy of the new order back to us with your return item with your Authorized RA Number which you must have )
You will be issued a refund or credit less the shipping and handling charges for any returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any return shipping expenses or charges that might be incurred (unless it is damaged from the manufacturer).
If your product arrives damaged you must notify us immediately, within 72 hours via e-mail at orders@insulincase.com. or by call us at 877-829-8024 You will then be given return instructions. Once we have received the damaged item back from you, we will gladly make the exchange.
FRIO AND POUCHO COOLING WALLETS are none returnable for exchange or refund if they have been activate, they are considered used.
Sorry but we cannot accept used items for return.
Instructions for a Return or Exchange
Please contact us via e-mail at orders@insulincase.com and provide the following information so we can issue a Return Authorization. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
NOTICE: If you do send a return with out an RA Number you will Be charged $5.00
1. Send us your name, address, and phone number
2. Send us your order number
3. Including item description and item number for the item that you are returning
4.Explain the reason that you are returning the item
5.Do you want the item replaced or do you want to receive a Refund?
DID YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Some times because the high volume of orders we have, customers will receive the wrong item or someone elses order. If this happens to you here are the steps you must follow.
1. Contact us for a Return number to put on the outside of the package.Call 763-473-3062
2. Mail it back to us the cheapest way possible.
3. When we receive it back any shipping cost you may have incurred we will refund to your amazon account.
4. We will ship out the correct product out with the up most haste.
