ITEM DESCRIPTION:  All my items are described to the best of my ability.

COMMUNICATION:  I send out a "Thank you for your purchase!" email, along with your shipping information,  to each and every customer once payment has been received. I send all notices to the email address provided to me by Paypal.  If you did not receive your "Thank you", shipping notice, please check your bulk folders in your email boxes. I do communicate with each and everyone of my customers and make sure they know that their purchase was received.

SHIPPING TIME: I process each order as soon as it is received.  Each order is processed and shipped out either the same day or the very next morning, excluding Sundays and Holidays.  Shipping times are determined by the United States Postal Service and I have absolutely no control over the shipping times once your item leaves my hands.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:  Most of all my items are shipped by weight and are calculated by destination.  I do not gouge on shipping charges. I do not make a profit off of your shipping costs.  All of my shipping charges are visable or easily calculated before check out, so please make sure that the shipping charges meets your approval before purchasing.

I do offer combined shipping when invoiced. If purchasing more than one item, please wait for your invoice so you will receive your combined shipping discount. I can't offer a combined shipping discount once you've paid for your items via Paypal, so please, please, please, wait for your invoice.
