We only accept PayPal for all payments and we require full payment to be received within seven days of the sale date. Item's not paid for within seven days will be re-listed immediately. PayPal eCheck payments will take several days to clear. Once PayPal notifies us that your eCheck payment has cleared, we will ship your package the following business day. We ship all items using the United States Postal Service's First-Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. We ship packages the following business day after your payment is received. We will only ship to addresses within the United States of America. We do not ship internationally. We charge a flat shipping fee of $2.99 for the first item purchased. This price covers postage, heavy duty bubble mailers, packaging materials, mailing labels, stationery, and transportation to the post office. Please be aware of holidays, weekends, bad weather, shipping distance, and rare package misrouting by the United States Postal Service as your delivery may be delayed. Processing an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service for our lower priced items isn't very economical and it is sometimes more inconvenient for the customer. If we do not offer shipping insurance for a lower priced item, we will back your order 100% in the event it is lost or damaged while in transit. We may require shipping insurance for more expensive items. Please review our Lost Packages policy, and our Returns policy below for additional information.

If your package is declared lost per the United States Postal Service, we will mail you a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price and shipping fees. We can not be held responsible for any missing package if it's delivery has been confirmed by the United States Postal Service. Please take advantage of the USPS tracking feature to view your package's delivery status. We may require insurance for higher priced items.

We will only accept returns for unused items that are defective or damaged while in transit by the United States Postal Service. If your item arrives and it is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. If not insured, you will need to mail the item, all of it's original packaging, and it's original packing slip back to us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date using the United States Postal Service's First-Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please provide us with the returned package's shipping information. Once your returned item is received, we will quickly send you a replacement and refund you the return shipping fee. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price including the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
