Case Merry Christmas Trapper Knife SFO 2001 RARE MIB NR

This knife for auction is a special seasonal end of year 2001 issue, Case 2001 "Case XX Merry Christmas" Redbone Trapper,  4 1/8" closed. 

This was a Special Factory Order Trapper with the dual shields.  The left side shield is a special Bell style,  stamped with "Merry Christmas Case XX 2001";  the right side shield is the standard Case XX script style.

The master Clip blade is tang stamped with Case XX with 5 X's and 4 Dots,  dating this as a 2001 issue knife.  The front tang of the Spey blade is pattern stamped with USA 6254 SS.  The master Clip blade is etched with "Case Christmas 2001 Trapper" and the Case XX logo.

Christmas is right around the corner and I always hold these scarce holiday themed Case knives and put them up for auction in the latter part of the year.
