OUR MERCHANDISE IS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, AND BRAND NEW, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

All items are in stock and available at time of listing. In rare cases the items may be discontinued witout notice by our suppliers, and are out of our control. We will make every attempt to avoid this problem, and will offer you the choice of another 'similar' item or a full refund.

Very rarely but sometimes, by the end of auction an item could be out of stock due to high demand with our suppliers. 
Should this occur we will be happy to offer you the following:

 ** You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked and will be shipped to you immediately when available, 
or we will be happy to give you a full refund. 
 ** You will be notified immediately if an item becomes out of stock. guaranteed to be free of defects. 
If item arrives damaged, a replacement will be shipped right out to you. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt. 

Returns

Returns accepted in original retail packaging and in same condition as initially shipped out, with all included parts, as applicable.
Buyer agrees to pay all return shipping and handling fees in the event of an exchange. 
Seller is not responsible for any damages or breakage from mis-handeling by buyer while in buyers posession.
Buyer must provide photographs of packaging in the event of shipping damage to item, for a replacement.

PAYMENT

Paypal payments preferred. Items paid via Paypal will be sent to the confirmed address only. No personal checks please. Cashier's checks, or money orders are accepted subject to clearing the bank.

SHIPPING

In most cases your shipments will go out through either UPS Ground of USPS Priority Mail service. Auction items will have the shipping method noted in the auction detail. 
Choice of Express Services are subject to additional charge and in most cases can be extremely expensive. Please make every attempt to order your item so it can be delivered within your time frame using regular 'ground' service, to save on shipping charges.
Your item is FULLY insured and professionally packaged prior to shipping. 
Shipping/handling charges help cover packing materials, insurance and shipping fees incured by us. 
Shipment to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Peurto Rico, or are subject to additional charges.
Military APO/FPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service only.

You will receive the our best customer service regarding shipping and other product issues.
Professional handeling and delivery from our warehouses to your doorstep. Delivery times are based on published carrier delivery schedules to 'zoned' domestic locations; usually 1 to 7 business days from ship date. We make every attempt to ship within 1 day of order receipt. (proseccing and delivery times may vary from norm during busy 'holiday' seasons) 

Orders are processed when payments have been posted thru PayPal. Payment must be received within 3 days from auction end. $5.00 additional shipping charge for each additional item purchased tat can be placed into same shipping box. Otherwise, published shipping charges apply for additional items. (different boxes)
