Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010.  This ownership is annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  every year and the $900 est. maint. fee includes your taxes.  This week can be exchanged with Resort Condominiums International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www) then cliffsatprinceville.com

This resort week sold originally for 13,000 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.  

Transaction Info:

 Our preferred method of payment is bank check (cashiers check, etc.).  We also accept payment by Paypal .  

Your cost for the purchase of this timeshare will be the winning bid, and the prep/tax/recording cost of $298.00 which will include the resorts transfer fee.   I have no hidden costs and do not charge closing costs that at some places exceed $500.00.
