Terms of Sale
To avoid any future misunderstandings, the following is important and should be read, before bidding:-
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BUYERS/BIDDERS:
· Do not Bid until you have all of the facts.
· Request a Quote before Bidding if freight/post charges have not been shown.
· I have Excellent Feedback and intend to keep it that way.
· I reserve the right to withdraw my listing at any time prior to auction end/final bid.
· I am Retired, not a retailer, nor an expert at anything in particular. I have been collecting for years, and this is my Hobby. I pack and send in a way that I would like to receive them. I will describe honestly and as I see it. Good but not perfect, so I will say again, and again, ask any/all questions before Bidding.
· Do check back regularly for my latest offerings, or mark me a ‘Favourite’ to be automatically notified when new ones occur.
· At Auction End: contact must be made within 48 hours, advising me of your preferred method of payment, and when you will make it. Communication is very important to us both. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end; no exceptions unless pre-arranged.
· Payment Methods: from Aussie Buyers = Cash on Pick Up from Norwood 5067 South Australia, or Bank Deposit, or Money Order.
· Paypal PAYMENT is accepted from all Buyers.
· Insurance: Registered Mail is recommended for All Aussie Buyers as it gives up to $100 Cover and ensures that proof of postage is provided also. Additional Insurance can be requested.
· For PAYPAL Users; if you expect coverage, proof of shipment is now required, therefore REGISTERED MAIL ONLY should be used ~ but, the ultimate choice will be yours.
· I do Combine Shipping where possible as long as one payment is made for all items in a 10 day period. Just let me know if you are bidding/watching more after your first Buy/Win, and again, when you are finished.
ADDITIONAL INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ONLY:
· Payment by Paypal Only.
· PLEASE BE AWARE ~ Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the Buyers responsibility. Check with your Country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs could be (if any) before Bidding/Buying.
RETURN POLICY for ALL:
· All items sold through AUCTION are sold “As Is”
· No refund: if you simply change your mind, or if the item is sold ‘As Is’.
· I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once this item leaves my care; Insurance is you choice and your responsibility.
· I will refund on ‘Buy It Now” Items only if there is a fault that should have been mentioned within the description, or not shown in the photographs. Contact must be made with me within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a mutually satisfying agreement. The return will be completed within 7 days.
