Gems Heaven is a wholesale company based in Chanthaburi. It is owned and run by European management. We have over 10 years experience in the gemstone market and work close with suppliers from all the major gem mining & cutting centers in the world including Africa India China and Australia.
Customer Satisfaction is the main priority for Gems Heaven. It is for this reason we only deal in top quality gemstones. We also have highly experienced Customer Support staff that is fluent in English Swedish German and Thai. All emails are replied to within 24-hours or less.

Shipping & Combining Policy:

All our items are securely packaged and shipped via either Registered Mail or FedEx. We are always happy to combine shipping for multiple items during a five day period. If you are the winning bidder for an auction that has ended and you are intending on bidding on other items please hold all payments until all items have been combined for you (this will be done automatically for you). Please note that it is very important that your items are paid for in a single payment; if they are paid for separately they will be shipped separately. Our shipping rates are as follows:

2$25 secured global FedEx service. Delivery will be effective within 4-5 business days. (US Only – Other customers please contact us for a shipping price quote)
2$7.95 Register mail for the first item (Worldwide – Delivery time dependent on Postal Service)
2$1 per item for each additional item (Worldwide)

FedEx Priority shipments ensure that you will receive your parcel in express time. FedEx shipments are insured up to a value of $100 additional insurance for any higher amount can be requested from us at a flat rate of $15 per parcel (please note that Registered Mail shipments are not insured). We strongly recommend FedEx shipments for orders over $200. Delivery time is normally 4-5 business days and you can track your parcel online at www.fedex.com (a shipment tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent).

Payment Policy:
We Only accept payment through Paypal.com via credit cards (VISA MasterCard and American Express) as well as eCheck. A payment invoice will be sent to you via Paypal.com within 24 hours of the end of the auction. This allows you to easily complete the payment for your auction. All payments must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. If no payment is received a non paying bidders warning will be left. Please don't bid if you don't intend to follow through with your commitment. Remember a winning bid is a legally binding contract.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the outmost concern to us. Should a need arise to return an item we will be happy to refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee (we cannot refund the original shipping or return shipping fee). Please contact us in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions. All items should be returned within 7 days of receiving must be in their original condition (not worn or altered).

Customs

As far as Gems Heaven are aware there is no import fee to the US for loose gemstones. However to ensure a smooth transit to our customers we mark all our parcels as ‘gifts’. We can however not guarantee that you will not be charged custom fees. Please note that any potential custom fees are your responsibility.
