Vtg Old Antique Staffordshire Figurine Clock Man Woman

Nice old Staffordshire figurine with a Scottish? couple holding a wreath above a clock face.  There is surface crazing but no chips or cracks or repairs.  The painting and striping is intact.  It stands about 8 1/2 inches tall.  There is a blue dot at the bottom edge, but no maker's mark that I can see.  I bought it nearby from a 5-generation inn.
