Compatibility

This module is compatible with most RAMBUS compatible computers.  It has been tested in a Dell Inspiron 8100 and works properly.  Some systems may require ECC to be turned off in the BIOS, or may only run with one type of memory installed.  If you are unsure whether your computer is compatible, your computer manufacturer's website should have all the information you need.  If you are still unsure, please ask and we can try to help determine compatibility.

Installation

Memory and other computer components are very sensitive, especially to static charges.  Be sure you know what you are doing, and ground yourself properly before attempting to install this item.  Should you have any questions regarding installation, we can try to help to the best of our knowledge.  A professional with physical access to your computer is most likely the best bet for help if you cannot perform the installation yourself.  We strongly discourage attempting to install this yourself if you are unsure how to do so properly.

Payments

We accept Paypal only for all payments.  Once bidding is complete, please submit payment via Paypal and your item will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via USPS within 1 business day after payment is recieved.  Your purchase should arrive within 3-5 business days from shipping date for most items.  We will provide a delivery confirmation number when available.

We will only ship to verified addresses for security purposes.  If for some reason there is a problem with shipping to the address Paypal gives us, please let us know immediately so we do not ship the item.  Once the new address is verified by Paypal, we will ship the item.

We do combine shipping as long as it is possible to do safely.  We will do what we can to minimize the shipping costs.  If you are unsure whether multiple items will be shippable together, please ask.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for any item found to be DOA.  Returns are not accepted for incompatible equipment.  Please verify your equipment is compatible before bidding.  If refund requested, send item back, item will be tested, and if found non-funtional, refund will be rewarded.  If you have any questions, please ask.
