Our shipping quote is for a professional, blanket wrap, inside the home (room of your choice, up or down 1 flight of stairs) delivery, with up to 30 minutes of set up assistance.
Delivery time depends on the time of payment for the item and the distance to the delivery address. It also depends on when the buyer is sending back via email to Oliver Brown Home the completed delivery information form we need to proceed with delivery. Even if payment has been made but we have not received the completed delivery information form we request from the buyer, delivery cannot be scheduled.
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction's end, do not purchase if you are not able to make payment within 7 days. We accept PAYPAL (preferred method), bank cashiers checks. Business or personal checks (allow 7 to 10 days to clear).
By purchasing or making an offer on one of our items, you, the buyer, acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned above and below. Buyer's purchase is a legally binding contract. Any questions should be asked prior to purchasing an item. Any item is subject to prior sale, we reserve the right to end listings at any time. All sales are final. Only a store credit will be issued if an item needs to be returned. Buyer shall pay full shipping charges in case of a return. Returns will not be accepted for a previous repair made on an item that we were not aware of. We purposely do not conceal any damage(s) on an item that needs repair. Returns will not be accepted when the buyer does not like the color, shape, size, dimensions, style of the item or if keys and/or shelves and/or a small part are missing.
Regarding the antique items we sell, we describe them to the best of our ability, including any noticeable marks it may have. Dents, nicks and scratches are part of the beauty of owning an antique and are not described unless they are significant, they add character to the item. Dates and ages are close approximations. Regarding all items, we do our best to show in our pictures the true color of an item but the color can be different in reality. We are as accurate as possible in our descriptions with no intention to mislead the buyer.
