This auction is for the Midway BLITZ items shown below. One of the EPROMS is marked Blitz 95 and the other Blitz 97.

Any paper or plastic inserts I have for this game are shown in the photos below.

I assume it to be used, I got it from a vending machine operator. I have no machine to test it in and it is offered "as found". I see no reason why it should not be working fine.
