IT HAS GLITTER MADE IN THE FABRIC; PICTURE JUST DOESN'T DO IT JUSTICE! I MEASURED IT FROM UNDER ONE ARM TO UNDER THE OTHER ARM IN THE FRONT AND IT'S 15 3/4" (WOULD BE 31 1/2" ALL THE WAY AROUND). SHIRT IS 21" LONG. THE CAPRIS HAVE AN ELASTIC WAISTBAND. THE SEWING MAKES IT LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE POCKETS BUT THEY DON'T. WAIST MEASURES 25" WITHOUT STRETCHING; WILL STRETCH TO ABOUT 32". INSEAM IS 18". THEY ARE 56% RAMIE, 24% COTTON, 19% POLYESTER, AND 1% SPANDEX. THE TAG ON THESE SAYS HEIGHT 53 1/2"-57 1/2".
