From Hot Toys and Sideshow this is the 2009 Comic Con Exclusive 12 inch Gunmetal Iron Man Mark III.  This is brand new and has never been displayed (the box is not sealed so I opened it to check it out and take pics).  This will be shipped the same way I got it, doubled boxed.
