About To Choke by Vic Chesnutt (CD) Digi Pak

Condition:

ALL CD'S ARE IN PLAYABLE CONDITION WHEN THEY LEAVE MY HANDS.  Used cd's may have scratches or scuffs on the playing surface of the cd but they don't effect its playability.  These cds are all from my own personal collection, having been replaced with remastered or collector's editions or some other such silly reason for buying the same cd a second (or third or fourth) time.  I take very good care of my cds, never loaning them or letting them lay around outside of the jewel case.

If, by chance, I have listed a new cd (I have been known to buy a cd and never open it for one reason or another) the same guarantees apply.

THE CASES ARE A DIFFERENT MATTER.  As anyone who has owned cds for a while knows, the cases are very fragile and sometimes are broken when purchased.  In many cases I have replaced the jewel cases with new ones.  However, it is getting harder and harder to find full-size jewel cases so I am replacing fewer and fewer.  If a case is cracked or the hinge is broken, this has been taken into consideration in the pricing and I will try to remember to mention it in the listing.  NOT MENTIONING THE CONDITION OF THE JEWEL CASE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MISREPRESENTATION.

Payment:

I ACCEPT PAYPAL ONLY and payment must be made within 3 business days.  I can't accept any other forms of payment.  If you have a feedback rating of 5 or less, contact me before bidding or purchasing.  If you don't, I will cancel your bid.

Shipping and Handling: 

I ship all books, magazines, catalogs, tapes, LPs, CDs and DVDs via USPS Media Mail, First Class Mail, or Priority Mail next business day whenever possible.  All magazines and catalogs are bagged and boarded and shipped in a padded mailer.  If you wish to make other arrangements, please inquire prior to bidding or buying.

 

I will combine shipping for multiple items that ship via Media Mail (magazines, catalogs, videotapes, DVDs, etc).  There is an additional $1.00 for each additional item.  I reserve the right to limit the number of items per package, depending on the type of items purchased.  The base shipping cost is the highest individual shipping cost of all items purchased, at the discretion of the seller.

 

Items designated as having "Free Shipping" will ship via the least expensive shipping method to addresses in the continental US.  For shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and non-US destinations, please inquire as to the cost prior to bidding or buying.

 

Returns:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS AN ITEM HAS BEEN INADVERTENTLY MISREPRESENTED OR IS DEFECTIVE.   (I am human and I do make mistakes on occasion.)  I guarantee that all cd's are playable when received or money back when the cd is return shipped within 7 days.  I would request that a cd be tried on more than one player if possible prior to contacting me about a return.  Use your friend's stereo or computer if you have to.  I have a very large cd collection (over 2000 cds) and have bought literally hundreds of used cds.  I can only remember having to return a cd once because it wouldn't play.  Be sure it's the cd and not the player before contacting me about a return.

 

If you receive an item that you are not happy with, PLEASE CONTACT ME and I will consider, on a case-by-case basis, whether to accept a return or not.  In the case of misrepresentation or confirmed defect, the shipping cost will be refunded along with the purchase price when the item is returned.  Returns allowed for other reasons will not include the shipping cost in the refund.
