The Tiara is Mint In Box and the Party Purse is Mint In the Bag. The metal Tiara has faux gemstones. The Party Purse is satin-finish that closes with a metal clasp and tucked inside is a pair of bows to clip onto the purse or onto a pair of shoes. Shipping includes delivery confirmation. Please ask questions. I have nonsmoking home.
