The tragedy sparks a holy war that splits the United States into two: the Islamic States of America with Seattle as its capital, and a fundamentalist Christian state in the Bible Belt. Twenty-five years later, an Islamic researcher looking into the bombing learns that the blame for it actually belongs elsewhere. Naturally, such information plunges her into danger; can her lover, a retired commando, get to her in time, or will she and her vital information be lost before the bombing’s true perpetrator strikes again?
