POLISHED HIGH CARBON TOOL STEEL BLADES HARDENED AND TEMPERED UNDER RIGID CONTROLS TO HELP ENSURE UNIFORM HARDNESS FOR A KEEN EDGE AND LONG CUTTING LIFE. DURABLE DELRIN PLASTIC HANDLE. GLEMING MICKEL SILVER BOLSTERS AND CRAFTSMAN SHIELD. HAND-FITTED FOR CORRECT TENSION AND BLADE ACTION. On the front of the package someone scribble with a blue ink pen and also wrote: $18.
