Does she look like someone you know?  This would be the perfect gift for that woman who has everything and you're just not sure as to what to get her!  This figurine is from the Russ Berrie Company, item #13189.  It appears to be made of resin.  It measures at approximately 7 1/8" tall with the base at approximately 2 3/4" in diameter.  It's called "Happy Birthday".  I would describe in detail, however, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.  What a special gift!  Thank you for looking.
