All items are from our personal collection. We make every attempt to describe my items as thoroughly, honestly and accurately as we can, however, real condition is subjective.  Remember, we are selling mostly used items unless otherwise stated as BRAND NEW.  Because of the nature of these items, there are no exchanges or refunds.

We ship within one day of receiving payment, except weekends.  If you need your item ASAP, be sure to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.  Please let us know when your item has arrived by providing Feedback.  Other than large quantity book lots (as these are already boxed and can be mailed by MEDIA MAIL), combined shipping for a discounted rate does apply to auctions when paid for at the same time.  E-mail us before you bid.  Ask for quote.  If FREE SHIPPING is offered – combined shipping is up to our judgment – and we will let you know.

If there is a problem please let us know right away so we can work to make it right. We want us both to feel good about your purchase.  We package our items the way we would wish to receive them.  We will make every accommodation available to us to make sure your package arrives safely; however, Please purchase INSURANCE as needed to avoid lost, misdirected or damaged mail. 

We support our troops and will ship to APO/FPO addresses.  To insure your package reaches you safely, we like to ship US Priority Mail.  Please let us know if you have an international  APO/FPO address – as custom information will be needed. Additional charges will apply but we make every effort to accommodate!

Pay Pal is required for purchases.  Items purchased with PayPal will only be shipped to the buyers confirmed address. If you do not have a confirmed address, contact us BEFORE bidding with your circumstances.  We prefer to sell and ship to buyers in the UNITED STATES ONLY and we can only accept PayPal payments from US PayPal account holders with a confirmed US address.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE - -  Please e-mail us - we will try to accommodate as best we can under most circumstances, but Toys and Books are heavy and awkward and shipping costs are expensive.  If you are willing to pay extra, please e-mail before bidding – THANK YOU!

Please contact us within three days of the end of the auction.  If we receive no contact from the buyer within that time, the item will be relisted and appropriate actions take. I hate to list negative feedback - so please bid accordingly.
