We are changing the theme of our son's room and are sad to see our race car go! This has been a great bed and provides for a very cool focal point for a car themed room. We have seen the beds with both white and chrome "wheels." Our's has chrome and the finish is good on all but one, see picture. The bed is in good used condition, it has very minor scuffing, discoloration, etc. The bed looks great, I just want to be completely honest. We also drilled two small holes in the hood so we could add the Corvette hood emblem. The hood is removeable, providing access to a decent sized toybox. Bed comes with mattress supports, shown in picture. Mattress is NOT included. Bed will accept standard twin mattress or you can remove slats and stack box springs and mattress in the bed. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. I WILL NOT SHIP but I will assist buyer in local delivery if necessary at no additional cost. We also have accessory tire toy boxes and a toolbox style dresser in other auctions that made perfect complements to our themed room.
