USA Mint Sheet 1998 "H" Make Up Rate




Description

USA  This sheet was issued to make up the one cent increase in first class postage in 1998.  The Scott number for the sheet is #3258.  With a catalog value of $12.00 this is a real bargain at its listed price.  This auction is for one full sheet of fifty stamps.

These stamps are mint, never hinged, post office fresh, and the colors are bright and clear.  I am starting this auction at a very low price.  Good Luck and Happy Bidding.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges in the USA are $1.75 for the first stamp auction won and $.75 for each additional stamp auction won over a three day period.  Extra large or heavy items will have higher charges, and these amounts will be posted with each item.  International shipping is $3.00 for the first stamp auction and $1.00 for each additional stamp auction won.

Terms of Sale

Payment is due at the end of the auction.  After three or more days of not hearing from you or receiving payment, I will try to contact you.  If there is going to be a delay in payment, please let me know.  After two weeks of not hearing from you or receiving payment I will mark the item as unpaid and will relist the item.
