You are bidding on the April 1966 issue of The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction.  This one contains the story, "We Can Remember It For You Wholesale" by Philip K Dick (this story was the inspiration for the movie Total Recall).  Stories by Jack Vance, Larry Niven and a few others.  It is in fair to good shape for a 43 year old magazine.
