WHY CATHETER NEEDLES...SIMPLE..THEY ARE A LOT EASIER THAN A BLADE. THE PIERCING IS DONE AND THE NEEDLE IS REMOVED IMEDIATELY, AND AS SUCH IS A LOT SAFER THAN HAVING TO MESS ABOUT CORKING NEEDLES WHILST THEY ARE STILL IN THE PIERCING SITE.

DONT BE FOOLED BY CHEAP KITS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I have used Nipro needles for the last 7 years and never had a problem.
