Trance, by Joy Fielding. HC/DJ. First edition. Nice!

 This is a really, really nice copy of "Trance", by Joy Fielding.  It's a stated first edition, published by Playboy Press, with a copyright date of 1977.  The ISBN is #0-671-16969-6, and it's printed on both the copyright page and on the dust jacket in the lower right corner of the back.  The book itself is a hardcover, dark brown with gilt lettering on the spine and a gilt medallion on the front.  It's a tiny bit bumped on the spine, top and bottom, but other than that it's in fine condition.  The boards are straight, the binding is tight, and there are no inscriptions or notes anywhere.  The dust jacket is a little bruised on the edges.  I hope you can see that in the photo.  A small (1/2") tear on the bottom right corner and another on the top left corner of the front.  It's not price clipped and still has the original $8.95 price on the front inside flap.  There's no foxing anywhere, either on the book or on the jacket.  Now that I've thoroughly described it, I'm putting the dust jacket back in the Brodart dust jacket cover to protect it.
