It was given to Cast Members of the Disney Store who attended Fall 2007 training. The Fall 2007 training session taught Cast Members how to sell both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Park Tickets using " Magic Your Way - As Easy As 1 - 2 - 3 " techniques.

One member writes: This pin was also awarded at the 2007 Holiday Meeting for passing a 25 question quiz about Disney Parks after the training. Some stores required their Cast Members to obtain a 100% score before receiving the pin for being the "Hometown Expert on Everything Disney" (the name of the quiz).
