Merchandise processed via 3 Day Rush shipping is typically prepared within 24 hours after payment is received and is then usually delivered within 3 BUSINESS DAYS. Due to this option being a non-guaranteed service, we cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders shipped via this service that do not reach destinations on or around desired delivery dates. |
| Next Day Processing & Shipping: Next Day shipping & handling does yield a guaranteed delivery service and receives immediate processing and shipping attention. This shipping option usually carries a substantial rate and does so due to its guarantee and immediate shipping status. Orders in which payment is received for this service prior to 12:00pm NOON EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders in which payment for this service is received after 12:00pm NOON EST and/or on weekends (Sat. & Sun.) and holidays are processed the next business day. We cannot make exceptions to the processing policy. This service guarantees delivery by the end of the next BUSINESS DAY. This service is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. | Shipping Insurance: We cannot offer shipping insurance under any circumstances and any voluntary payments made for shipping insurance cannot be refunded. We package our items carefully and diligently to protect against the possibilities of damage during shipping.
