PLEASE NOTE: For our protection and that of our valued customers, we will not ship without insurance or delivery confirmation. These services are included at no additional cost to our buyers.
We make every effort to ship within two business days of payment receipt. Please note, however, that there are times when this is not possible. We do guarantee shipment within five business days of payment receipt.
Weekends and holidays are reserved for our children.
Although items
may be scheduled to auto-list on those days, we generally conduct eBay
business Monday through Friday only. If you do not receive a response
right away for an auction ending on the weekend, please do not be
alarmed. We promise to respond on the first business day following.

We expect payment arrangements to
be made within three business days and payment to reach us within seven
business days of the end of our auctions.
No response
to our emails will be considered evidence of a non sale. We will file
with eBay to recover our fees and will relist the item immediately.

Items are returnable only if there is an error in the description.

If you do not intend to complete the transaction, please DON'T bid.
We prefer Paypal, but will happily accept checks.
We hold
merchandise paid by bank check, and personal check until our bank
clears the funds (five to ten days after date of deposit).
