Checkout:
After winning an auction or completing a "Buy-It-Now" purchase, you have two check-out options:
Check out now: For single item purchases, click on the Check-Out Now button to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation. If you are buying multiple items from, please do not use this option. We will invoice you and charge only a single shipping and handling charge for the largest item purchased. All other items ship free.
Check out later: If you do not choose Check-Out Now, you will be notified via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within 1 business day of auction close. Our message will contain all the important information regarding payment, shipping and taxes.

Payment:
All payments must be made in US dollars. We accept PayPal only.

Shipping:
-Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours (1 Business Day). Please note that Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered business days.
-You may combine shipping if you are bidding on more than one auction. See our FAQ below.
-Within the lower 48 United States, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
-The shipping and handling charge for orders within the lower 48 states will be listed in the auction and in the checkout process.
-Express shipping is available for most orders. Please email for rates at info@unabridgededition.com.
-APO/FPO or PO Box orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
-We do not ship outside of the US

Return Policy
-We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. If not, contact us for return authorization within 10 days of purchase. Item price will be refunded when product is returned in same condition. Buyer is responsible for return packaging & proof of delivery.
-It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on. In the rare instance that there is an error in the listing text, a shipping error, or if the item you received is materially different from the auction description or is defective, it may be returned for a refund in the amount of the purchase price (not including shipping).

Return Process
-Please contact info@unabridgededition.com.
-Returns must be requested within ten days, then returns received by us within 14 days of RA.
-Item(s) must be in same condition.
-Insurance is highly recommended as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
-After an item has been returned, inspected by us, and is found to be in the same condition as originally shipped, a refund will be issued within ten (10) days.
