LIMITED EDITION TEDDY BEAR.  This is a limited edition bear from the "I am Loved" collection.  The actual number is worn away pretty well, but I believe it is 287 of 15,000.  It is clean and in excellent condition, as you can see from the pictures.  The arms and legs are moveable, so it can sit or stand.  It measures about 16" tall and 11" wide.
