If the item is damaged in transit to you it is beyond our control. We wrap and package VERY carefully. We have been in business for almost 25 years and know that no matter what we do, a very small percentage of items will be damaged.. You may bid with confidence with us. Shipping : Items are normally shipped within 7 to 10 days of payment clearing, most of the time much sooner. Please advise us if you are purchasing a gift or need faster shipping. We will do all we can to help. We ship via USPS, We charge a $2 shipping and handling fee, which is included in your invoice and calculated shipping cost. We are MORE than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Sadly, shipping rates continue to increase. Priority Mail is calculated to the next pound, so if the item is 1 pound and 1 oz, we MUST charge for 2 pounds. This is not our choice but is the rate supplied to us by the USPS. We urge you to check shipping rates prior to bidding. If you don't agree with them, please don't bid. We would rather lose the sale than engage in arguments. Payment : We accept Paypal. We request that you make payment or advise us of your intent to do so within 5 days of auction end.
