 We utilize UPS ground or USPS for our shipping services. Please remit payment within 7 days of auction end. Insurance should be included if desired. If you opt against insurance, and the post office looses or destroys your package, you agree that the seller is NOT responsible for the loss or damage.
You can combine any winnings within 3 day period but you must let us know in advance.
Insurance is optional, at the buyer's request. We can not be responsible for uninsured merchandise.

WE COMBINE SHIPPING

RULES:
1- We combine auctions for up to 5 days.
2- Only one payment must be submitted for all auctions, we will not combine auctions paid with different payments.

CALCULATING COMBINED SHIPPING

To calculate combined shipping we charge the highest shipping of all the items won and then 50% of the shipping in the additional items.

NOTE:  Garment bags and luggages of the same size can not be combined.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer  a 3 days refund policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. The refunds will only be made if the following return guidelines are followed:

The item must be returned in all the original packaging, including cartons, boxes and must not have been cleaned or laundered.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.
Refunds are within 3 days from the day the customer received the original item.
We will send you a prepaid label to send the item back.  If the item is found to be as described you will receive a refund of your winning bid minus shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee.  
We may except returns that do not qualify under our return policy. These returns will only be accepted at our discretion and a restocking fee may apply.
Refund will be made within 5 days of getting the item back.
