This is a great phone, I only used it for a short time so it's in great shape. It doesn't have any scratches or signs of abuse. Included in the box is: 1 phone, 1 AC charger, 1 lithium ion battery, 2 styli, 1 (unopened/unused) stereo headset, 1 ExtUSB splitter A, 1 Ext splitter B, 1 USB cable, 1 Installation CD, and all of the user guides as well. Again, this phone is like new, I didnt even use most of the things that were provided in the box so they are unopened and still new.
