Rare BLACK & WHITE 8x10 PHOTO image of late screen/TV comedienne JOAN DAVIS, who is perhaps best known as star of the long-running 1950s TV sitcom, I Married Joan (co-starring JIM BACKUS), and the mother of actress BEVERLY WILLS. Photo in beautiful VG+ condition. Exhibits various small creases. This photo was purchased from the ACADEMY OF MOTION PICTURE ARTS & SCIENCES for research purposes, and as such is very rare as it comes from their archives. Stamped by the Academy on back (see pic #2 at left).

(SS) STILL SEALED. Original factory seal.
(M) MINT: Perfect, flawless, new
(NM) NEAR MINT: Almost perfect, possibly no more than a few MINOR scuffs, wrinkles or wear.
(VG++) Very Good++. Less quality than Near Mint, but still in beautiful condition.
(VG+) Very Good+. May have minor scratches or scuffs, some crease marks, slight wear, etc.
(VG) Very Good. Too many scratches, scuffs, or wear for VG+, but still in okay condition.
(VG-) Very Good-. Lots of wear (scratches, etc.). Starter copy.
(G) Good. Wrecked. Excessive wear.
(P) Poor. Just what it says.
