Its unique (well, unique to the HTC Wizard and Apache designs) side-firing slide out keyboard is roomy, easy to use and backlit. If you wish to have the phone replaced due a defect in the functionality of the phone, the buyer must send the phone back within 7 days of the buyer's receipt of the phone in order to process a replacement. Cellular Country will issue a replacement for all defective phones. Only if no replacement is in stock will Cellular Country will issue a refund. Buyer is responsible for return freight when returning a phone. For nondefective returns, a $10 or 15 percent restocking and relisting fee will apply, whichever is greater.
