Thank you for your purchase!  We accept Paypal only.  Payment is due within 3 days of auctions end unless you "Buy it Now" and this may require immediate payment.  If you are bidding on more auctions this amount will be added to your total and a refund will be given if necessary.  We will report non paying bidders to ebay after 7 days and take appropriate action.

We will combine shipping on auctions won within 3-5 days of each other (if possible to ship all items together).  "Buy it Now"  requires  immediate payment.  If you are bidding on more auctions this amount will be added to your total and a refund will be given if necessary.  Refunds will be issued when shipping is charges are caluculated.  We charge as close to actual USPS charges as we can using our scales.  (We do not charge any extras).  We cannot control how long it takes any order to arrive but please be assured we mail all of our auctions asap and delivery time is up to the postal service.  International orders can take several weeks to arrive so please be patient when waiting on international shipping.  We always ship on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. We ship on several other days as well when possible.  Because ebay has a new policy that doesn't offer you a choice of insurance anymore we have decided to insure all breakable items and items that cost more than $25.00.  If you have a problem with our policy please contact us before you bid.

Because of the growing number of non paying bidders please be sure you want the item before you bid. Refunds will be issued if auction is misrepresented or different than described.  If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us through ebay as soon as possible and we will do our best to make you not only a satisfied customer but a return customer as well.

We are a family trying to make ends meet and we would also like to make your ebay experience a positive one.  Our auctions include new items and good quality used items.  We try to describe things to the best of our ability but we can and do occasionally make mistakes.  When this happens we will take responsibility and give full refunds .  You should always ask if you are unclear of the description, charges or anything about an auction.  We will be more than happy to answer your questions sent through ebay.  We do not always answer emails because we receive so many.  We do have a smoke free home.  However some items bought second hand may not be.  For this reason we cannot say that all of our auctions are from a smoke free home.  If this is a problem PLEASE DO NOT BID.
