Postage is based on weight of the item(s). Heavier the item, higher the postage that post office will charge us. If buyer buys more than one items, the postage will also be higher as the parcel will be heavier. Therefore we charge with minimal cost based on weight, also subject to ￡1.00 deduction for each additional in the case of multiple items. We offer the best terms of postage. Our Combined Postage is to deduce ￡1.00 for each additional item. For instance, discount for 2 items is ￡1.00 and discount for 6 items is ￡5.00 ............... and so on. The net postage will be the sum of each individual postage less postage discount. To avoid confusion, please contact / message me after you have finished shopping with us, so that I will compose a single invoice, where your eligible postage discount will be deduced.

Combined postage do not applicable to those items with free postage.

We shall send out all paid items within 24 hrs during business days, except holidays.

For UK, US, Canadian and Australian buyers, please expect 7 to 14 days of delivery.
For other international buyers, the delivery time may varies from countries to countries. If you want to know before making the purchase, please contact me to know expected delivery time.

If later than above mentioned, buyer should contact me for follow up action.

* Free insurance is also attached with the recorded mail, so it will be peace of mind in case items lost in post.

MONEY BACK 14 days of return Policy

Our goal is try our best to fulfil every buyer's satisfaction. Pls contact us if you have any question. We offer 14 days return policy according to the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us via email or message for return authorization. If buyer finds the items is either damaged or not as described, buyer can send us a picture of the items instead of sending the items to save expensive postage. 3) What is the total postage for multiple items?
Postage is based on weight of the item, more the items, heavier the parcel, and post office charges for higher postage. Having said that we can still save a little packing and labor cost for sending multiple items.We offer combined postage discount by deducting GBP1.00 for each additional item. Each item has it's respective postage based on weight. The net postage is the sum of each postage less postage discount.

4) How long does it take for the items to arrive?
For countries like UK, US, Canada and Australia, delivery should expect 7 to 14 days. Other countries will may take a little longer. In fact, we will send out notification to buyer's eBay registered email address when the item(s) is dispatched. Be sure to check your email to find out when the item(S) has been sent out.

5) What if I bought the wrong item and can I just pay for the one I want?
Since eBay charges seller for final commission no matter buyer pays or not, I will need to cancel that properly. So if you do not want the items you have bought, please let me know and I need to file eBay mutual cancellation in order to get the commission refund. Buyer also needs to response to the cancellation that he or she agrees to cancel.
