Printer is in Great condition. Only blemish is it's missing 1 metal clip that holds in power cord which has never been a problem. I don't think this printer works with Windows Vista and I know it doesn't with Windows 7. Works great with Windows XP. The software can be found on HP's website and is easily downloaded. Has the potential for duplicate printing but doesn't come with the attachment to make possible. Bid without hesitation it is in great condition. Needs a new in ink cartridge though.
